The entrance is lined with large oak trees, has an island landscape feature and an adjacent lake to the south with a tri-tier fountain. After entering the subdivision there is a stop sign diverting traffic left or right and a second lake directly in front with another large multi-geyser fountain. Many of the lots have either a wetland or lake frontage.
